Peacehealth Rides
Cascadia Mobility manages all aspects of the City of Eugene’s bike share program, PeaceHealth Rides, from maintenance and repair to marketing and community engagement. PeaceHealth Rides is a collaborative program that includes contributions from City of Eugene, University of Oregon, Lane Transit District, Oregon Department of Transportation, and PeaceHealth.
SuperPedestrian E-scooter Pilot (2023)
In partnership with Superpedestrian, Cascadia Mobility operated the City of Eugene’s e-scooter pilot in parallel with the City’s bike share program, PeaceHealth Rides, from March - December 2023. While bike share remained the more affordable option, e-scooter share provided over 220,000 trips during the 9 month pilot program. While the pilot ended earlier than planned, the demand for electrified shared transportation is clear. Together with the City of Eugene, LTD, UO and others, Cascadia Mobility is exploring how we can more sustainably provide reliable shared electric transportation options, like e-bikes or e-scooters, in the future.
